Payments policy

I accept payment by PayPal.
Layaway service is available. 50% paid on order and the remaining balance to be paid 30 days later. Please let me know if you would like this option and I will reserve the bear for you. Please make payment within 24 hours of reservation.

What payment methods Tedsby supports?

We support all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. At the checkout page, you may choose to pay with credit card or PayPal. PayPal would also accept all major credit cards.

Why am I transferred to the PayPal site?

After you click the "Buy now" button, you would be securely transferred to PayPal. PayPal offer added protection for both you the customer and the artist.

Shipping policy

All of my bears are carefully packed and are sent via a tracked and insured delivery service. Special Delivery within the UK and International Tracked and Signed worldwide
A tracking number will be sent to you by an e-mail notification following shipping.

Returns policy

I am sorry, I do not accept returns.
